WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE?
All works are printed on Ilford Prestige Galerie 310gsm 100% Smooth Cotton Rag using genuine Epson Ultra-Chrome Pro inks. This paper is considered to be the most environmentally friendly of photographic paper as it uses no tree fibres, instead it is produced from a recycled by-product of the textile making industry. It is perfect for photographic works because of its sustainability, quality and longevity.
HOW DOES IT WORK WITH FRAMING?
Frames are made right here in Australia.
Your giclée print will be dry mounted to an acid free 5mm foam board and into a handcrafted shadowbox frame made from FSC certified Tasmanian Oak. Each frame is hand cut, sanded and carefully assembled using this sustainable Australian timber. Using a durable 3mm museum grade plexiglass which better than glass and protects your print from UV damage as well as shattering. The back of the frame is finished with framers tape and a stainless steel wire ready for hanging.
Frames are built to archival, gallery-quality, meaning it will last for up to 100 years.
Frames are available in Natural Tasmanian Oak or hand painted in Black or White.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we do. We express ship our unframed prints worldwide for a flat rate of $45 Australian dollars. Unfortunately, international shipping of framed prints is not currently available due to the risk of damage. For all orders over $600 Australian dollars we provide complimentary express shipping.
All prints are securely packaged in Polycell EcoPure biodegradable bubble wrap and cartons made from 3BC stock from 77% recycled content and FSC certified Kraft fibres.
Unframed print orders will either be shipped in a tube or flat packed.
We provide complimentary express delivery Australia-wide using a fully trackable, 100% carbon neutral courier service.
We are working to towards being more sustainable with the papers we use, the material of our frames and the way we ship.
We are also giving a little extra back to our land and sea with the sale of each print. With the help of not-for-profit organisation One Tree Planted we are planting a tree with every sale. After the devastation of the fires in Australia over the last few years, we are focusing on restoring those affected areas.
Donations are deposited at the end of each month.
